Soil Suspension – The Key to Clean Carpets

Those who have spent time cleaning carpets and rugs knows the approach to getting a carpet/rug clean you must follow 5 basic actions: plate testing

* Free of moisture soil removal
* Dirt suspension
* Soil removing
* Pile setting (finishing or grooming)
* Drying out

For the sake of this conversation I’ll step to the second topic because I truly imagine this is how OPers have a distinct advantage over other methods. In relation to soil suspension system what we can do is employ:

* chemical substance action
* warmth
5. agitation
* a chance to improve removal. And as you will see some steps carry excess fat than others.

Chemical Actions

Each of our first step in garden soil suspension is to use products that reduce the surface tension and break down the various soils (chemical action). What’s different about OPers is that when we use encapsulation we are emulsifying some dirt and grime but on the whole we could growing macroscopic/bulk particles for removal by vacuuming. I maintain this is one cool strategy that works quite nicely. Nevertheless, when we using colloidal chemistry products (like Orbit Natural and Abstraction) were by using a “technology” that most other’s cleaners overlook.

The dirt and grime in carpets are layers of fine films made up of fat, oil, fat, bacteria, dust mites and skin etc. These movies are bonded to the other person and the carpet dietary fiber surface by amino and essential fatty acids. Most cleaners emulsify many of these films, but do not break down the amino and fatty stomach acids which attract more ground to the carpet. Colloidal chemistry cleaning products use plant based ingredients to take out these films and stomach acids.

The nano sized contaminants called micelles that symbolize the active ingredient in the items effectively cut through the carbon bonds in organic and natural molecules and emulsify organic and natural matter. Oil, oil and urine are cracked down, suspended and properly lifted away from carpet fibers. The quick wreckage of organic and natural waste triggers a significant reduction of offensive odor caused by the naturally slow procedure for decay, and reduced organic and natural residue will cause a diminution in population of disease carrying insects. The OP process returns jump to carpet fiber and effectively removes organic and natural dirt without damaging textile fibres.

Elevated Temperature (Heat)

High temperature reduces the surface stress of water and permits faster, more effective cleaning than cold water. It is merely a matter of thermodynamics: heat accelerates the molecular activity of chemicals employed, and so aids in separation of unwanted subject from fibers. The problem here is that our first step whether encapsulation or colloidal chemistry does a great job of either isolating the dirt as a bulk particle or emulsifying the dirt extensively and so eliminating the need to generate heat via copious amount of hot water.

Agitation

Agitation is required to accomplish standard chemical penetration and division throughout the carpet. Found in the a shortage of agitation, garden soil suspension is often non-uniform, which is often indicated by soil streaks following the removal process. Again can be great for OPers is the fact our equipment gives an aggressive turmoil other carpet cleaning won’t be able to provide. The best a “steam cleaner” can do is comb in the pre-conditioning chemicals. The other option would be to employ a bonnet as well as OP machine before HWE but this approach would be too labor and time prohibited as well as cost ineffective.
